Lake Vista - Lot 5

This family has a history of living in the outdoors. After meeting his bride to be-she said she would marry a man with a cabin in the woods-after enjoying a smaller cabin on the mountain-this was the coming together of their efforts along with their daughter. Holiday parties, snowmobile extreme days, and summer days at the lake all start here.

Lake Vista - Lot 24

The family has been visiting Crescent Lake since 1963. This lodge-style home was also built with the brothers Kevin, Mark, Steve, Matt and Joe-they were all raised during the summers in a small cabin on Crescent Lake. Watersports are legendary in this family thanks to their granparents starting the tradition here many years ago. This home was built in honor of them in 2003 and 2004. All the family came to work on it.

Lot 12 - Clear Springs

This vacation retreat was one of our spec homes purchased by two families. A conventional home with log accents and rustic hardware! Two years after moving in, they decided to build the dream garage for toys and an awesome sports bar and ladies hang out fireplace for gathering. A metal grate bridge connects the two for easy snow management.

Lot 23 - Sugar Cone

Sally and Mike Murray of Crescent Lake Realty have lived, worked, and played in this beautiful area for 15 years. They call it home, even when they escape in the spring to Yuma, Arizona. After living on the lake in a small cabin with restricted winter access due to huge snow storms-now they enjoy it all. This lodge-style home is designed as the "Entertainer's Delight". The large garage below the house has all the toys for a fun day on the lake or in the forest-the kitchen is designed with plenty of space for family and friends. The upstairs is a retreat to get away from it all.
