It's a therapy-- Crescent Lake in my opinion offers the best recreational lifestyle in America!
Spending time with my wife Dee Dee and daughter Kennedy at our cabin in Diamond Peaks makes the fast-paced clock stop for special moments in time. Summer days are spent at the lake on empty beaches, we hike and bike through the mountains and the fall is abundant with hunting opportunities. Spring and summer fishing is abundant on Crescent and Odell Lake. And the big winter question is, "Do you want to ski, snowboard, snowmobile, cross-country ski or just watch it snow today?" These are the tough decisions to make in Crescent Lake-the decision to buy a vacation home is quite simple.
Professionally I have worked in the building, real estate and development business since 1997. My journey started in Sunriver and Bend, then Diamond Peaks in 2000 where we have now built and sold several lodge-style homes. I believe we are selling the lifestyle and as my client you just need to give me a budget for the home and luxuries you'd like to enjoy. On a personal note, I am a volunteer firefighter and EMT in Crescent Lake-just another way to give back to a great growing community.
Hope to see you on the lake or ski mountain.....

Ken Putvin- (pictured with Dee Dee Keith) Kenny was the project manager for the Sunriver River Lodges back in 1998 and worked closely with Cascade Log in the structural and accent placement of all the logs. In 2000, Ken was hired as a General Contractor to remodel Mountain Comfort in Downtown Bend. In 2004 and 2005 he was the General Contractor for the project that would forever change the core of Downtown Bend-it all started with the New Mountain Comfort Building at Greenwood and Wall. He then moved on to build the 20,000 square foot state-of-the-art furniture warehouse.
Ken and his wife Melinda have moved south to join our team in Crescent Lake to build in the recreational community-Diamond Peaks. On a personal note Ken enjoys summer days on the lake, cruising on his Harley, and winters in the California Desert and Mexico.

Steve Caton- The most accomplished log and timber builder in Oregon has been on our team for 10 years. Steve's mastery of this craft can be found in all our homes in Crescent Lake and over a hundred in Sunriver. Prior to his career in Central Oregon, his log building and recreational life stems from the resort town of Park City, Utah. In the outdoors, Steve enjoys bird hunting in Eastern Oregon and downhill skiing at Willamette Pass. He and his wife Jessie and daughter Parker also have a cabin in Crescent Lake.

Bob Gunderson- Bob has been the anchor to Cascade Log Builders since 2002 making Diamond Peaks the quality community it has become. He is an owner of the company and has project managed over a dozen banner homes. His personal life is just as busy as his work day. You can find him at Sturgis or cycling the Cascades, in a duck blind, highmarking on his snowmobile—if it is extreme he is there. Don’t get hurt in Crescent Lake! He is also first on scene in the fire engine.
